The merit list has been released for all the courses offered by the university, including science, arts, commerce, and law.
The merit list has been prepared on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The CUET is a national-level entrance test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in central universities.

The last date for admission to UG courses is June 26, 2023. The last date for admission to PG courses is August 31, 2023.

Eligibility for Banaras Hindu University UG PG Merit List 2023
To be eligible for admission to BHU UG and PG courses, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- For UG courses, candidates must have passed the 12th standard examination with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- For PG courses, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates must also have appeared for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for UG and PG courses.

The application process for BHU UG and PG admission 2023 is online. Candidates can apply for admission through the BHU website. The application process for UG courses is open from June 7 to June 26, 2023. The application process for PG courses is open from March 20 to May 5, 2023.
